Load balancer switch in Oracle apps environment

We have Oracle _Ebusiness suite 11.5.10.2 on HP_unix 64 bit PA-risc servers.
We are in need of Cisco hardware Load balancer switch - Two numbers . These switches should support and certified following applications with good performance .

1. Oracle Single-sign-on(10g Application server)
2. E_business application(11.5.10.2)
3. 10g Discoverer

Kindly advice the best Cisco Load balancer switch configuration to support 500 concurrent users with good performance.
