i have a query about cluster lock vg ,
can any boy tell me , is it must that the cluster lock vg should be active,or it will work even if it is not active.
and give me a little idea abut nfs cross-cluster.

Solution
The cluster lock VG does not need to be activated in order to be accessed from either cluster node connected to it. The cluster lock area on the disk is located at the very end and uses the some space of the bad block directory of the LVM structures on the disk.
The NFS toolkit documentation consists of a package control script that allows to make NFS services highly available. For documentation look at

The cluster lock vg does not have to be activated.
Regarding NFS: it is a good idea to purchase the NFS toolkit:
