The tape recovery completed successfully as noted.
You are using the *old* 'make_recovery' command instead of the not-so-new-anymore 'make_tape_recovery'.
You should download a current version of Ignite and use:
# /opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -I -v -a /dev/rmt/0mn

No, you do not necessarily have to download a current version of Ignite, although this could be beneficial. If you have '/opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery' then use it as I suggested. There are man pages associated with it for more information.
