Hi RAC,
Do you have a ftp server?
The depot´s for this version are 66, 76 and 170 MB (11.0, 11.11 and 11.23)

Re: Looking for Ignite Version 6.7.79

Shalom RAC,

I'd be happy to provide an ftp server for this. Use my contact form in my ITRC profile to contact me offline. I'll provide an account for upload and download.

I may have the release itself sitting around in Jerusalem, which I can upload to my personal server in Chicago.

It might be a bit faster to contact HP Response Center. They have much more bandwidth and can probably provide you access in a few minutes, where I have to drive 2 hours to work before helping you(California).

RAC
I´m work about this:
We have a server in DMZ net, and i´m puting the 3 depot´s there.
After this, i think that will be necessary your especific IP to connect whit scp (i need talk to the network guy to confirm). If this way is possible for you, send me your e-mail to continue the process (login, password).

RAC,
Sorry, this access will not possible. So, only with a external ftp server. ;(

Re: Looking for Ignite Version 6.7.79

Just a note about Ignite/UX: it is VERY hardware and storage dependent. Now if you cutoff any further purchases of hardware (no new computers, new tape drives new disk arrays, etc) then you should be OK (other than the bugs that were fixed in the newer version). I would upgrade to the latest version at least once each year, perhaps every 6 months.

Willing to facilitate, however Bill's words should be heeded.

I'm going off the grid, and I mean totally off the grid in a few hours so reach out and email me if you need my help.

Note to my loyal readers(yeah right). Off the grid for a grand canyon hike Wednesday until Houston Sunday night. That is what I mean by off the grid.
