looking for shminfo for 11.23, pa-risc and itanium...
...but can't get into the ftp site:
hprc.external.hp.com
With any combination of Anonymous or Guest for User
Anyone tried it recently? Is this a new policy for the ftp download site? How do we get these (valuable) tools now?

Peter,
Please see:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1052238
On the website
ftp://eh:spear9@hprc.external.hp.com/
it states that shminfo only supports up 11.00 PHKL_20995 via toolset.exe
You may want to try that ?!

Re: looking for shminfo for 11.23, pa-risc and itanium...
Peter,
thanks for the link (it worked).
Bummer about the version limitation. Maybe in the near future...the tool is invaluable for servers running Oracle.

Peter,
According to your point allocation "The answer helped with a portion of my question, but I still need some additional help!"
What additional information is required ?
Did you contact HP as per Bill's answer in the linked thread ?
