I cannot enter in one hpux, I think anybody has removed the /etc/passwd, because I cannot enter with any user.
What could I do?

Goto single-user mode
edit /etc/passwd
In your case, you could then restore from backup, after the machine is back.

Yes, I like my answer and the others in the thread.
You probably can restore /etc/passwd from a backup in single user mode.
If not, you can go network mode and copy one in from another system using ftp.

Its always better to keep backup of important files.
So,now you try to copy from other system.

When you say you cant connect as any user, from where are you trying?
If you are trying to connect via the lan,it may very well be just some inetd/IP stack issue...
Are you in front of the console?
