lost "Create Action" icon...

Hi everybody,
i'm using CDE on HP-UX 11.00.
By some reason, I couldn't find the "Create Action" icon on "Desktop tools/Desktop Apps" folder. I was using it some time ago.
??there is a way to recreate / found it?

try deleting your
/home/username/.dt directory

then log out and back in.

workaround ... *may* work :

/usr/dt/bin/dtaction Dtcreate
