lp can't accept requests for destination "printer", reason unknown

printer is online, jetadminbox has been reset,
printer is pingable, alias of printer is pingable on os-level.
through jetadmin printer can'T be pinged
??

Hi,

check with

lpstat -a

the acceptance status of your queue.

To enable acceptance of print jobs do:

accept printer

(The opposite of accept is reject)

It seems that the lp command does not accept printing requests for the printer queue.
Try:
accept printer
