lpsstat error
I have looked already at the memory error logs and there are none, and the are no HPMC from the CPU either.
There are no patches or fileset corrupted either. Any idea on what is happening?
Thanks for the help

Re: lpsstat error
are you up-to-date with patches?
The last 'lpspool subsystem cumulative patch' is PHCO_34993:

Re: lpsstat error
I think it likely that this is dealt with in one of the following ways:
1) Remove the lpsched binary and replace with one from another system.
2) A recent bi-annual patch set.
3) Making sure the environment is correct when running lpsched

Before you do that you may want to use "swverify \*" to detect if lpsched or other files have been corrupted or have the wrong permissions.

Did you copy the files from somewhere else, as suggested?
If you had the same software, that would explain the mtime (if you didn't preserve the time) but the cksum should be the same.

I didn't see lpsched on the list of bad files.

I would NOT do this to fix lpstat since there is a cksum and mtime problem.

It is trivial to change if in use, if that is the solution.
You don't know where you got it? What is the date of that file?

This indicates you have a newer version?

Either from a patch or the original install CD.
I'll check later to see what the proper date and cksum lpstat should have.

So your lpstat was changed recently and the version it wants is newer than my version.
$ cksum /usr/bin/lpstat

This matches with PHCO_34822. Yours matches with PHCO_34993.
So just install PHCO_34993 again.

At least the swverify output should be good.
Your original problem was with lpsched?
Are you running it as root to try to see if you can get a core file?
