lsof error on HP UX 11.31

Hi all:

Have Installed the lsof version 4.83 for HPUX 11.31, the depot name is lsof-4.83-ia64-11.31.depot.

When I try to use lsof i got the following error:

bash-4.1# /usr/local/bin/lsof -i | grep 9977
lsof: FATAL: pst_stream_size should be: 672; is 72

I have been finding information about that error but only got solutions for 11.23 version talking about patches that ONLY apply for 11.23. :(

Any help will be appreciated.

I presume that you glean that from FAQ 9.3.10 here:

http://coast.cs.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/sysutils/lsof/FAQ

If so, you might try finding equivalent 11.31 patches to those mentioned. Patch PHKL_40293 might help.

Thank u James, I have found the equivalent patches for 11.31 and it resolved my problem.

PHNE_41004 y PHNE_37257 by the way.

Just installed the equivalent patches for my hpux version (11.31).
