I've already tried the depot. The error-message I got is:
lsof: FATAL: pst_status_size should be: 1176; is 920
lsof: FATAL: pst_vminfo_size should be: 1240; is 1096
lsof: FATAL: pst_static doesn't contain pst_filedetails_size
lsof: FATAL: pst_static doesn't contain pst_socket_size
lsof: FATAL: pst_static doesn't contain pst_stream_size
lsof: FATAL: pst_static doesn't contain pst_mpathnode_size
lsof: FATAL: pst_static doesn't contain pst_fileinfo2_size
The depot is a hpux 11.11!!
I also got this message when I used swinstall: * Installing fileset "lsof.lsof-RUN,r=4.74" (1 of 1).
ERROR: Unknown owner and/or group for file "/usr/local/bin/lsof".
SUID and/or SGID bit was not set.
* Running install clean command /usr/lbin/sw/install_clean.
NOTE: tlinstall is searching filesystem - please be patient
NOTE: Successfully completed
...but I've changed the owner to root on the depot before swinstall and I cant see any owner problems.

The author of lsof doesn't recommend using pre-compiled lsof binaries. Just get the source and build it yourself. It's pretty simple.
