The above two servers are connected to two storage box and these storage box are replicating between each other.
The FRDKOCL04N2 and FRDKOCL04N1 are mapped the same luns.
I checked in broacde switch, zoning is fine, ports are online, health check is good.
I am not sure why in server end the disk is not visible, experts pls suggest whetehr I need to check any thing more.
The server is connected to HP eva 5000

Also, did you remember to perform an ioscan -fnC disk and insf -e commands?

2. Ensure the each server's WWNs are registering on their respective SAN switches [nameserver or switchshow].
3. On the EVA5000, ensure the shared vDisks are truly shared across the clustered nodes.
4. Compare the "ioscan -fnCdisk" and "strings /etc/lvmtab" command outputs.
Ensure the HW paths have NOT changed. If they have changed, you may have to revert back from your VG map files [containing VGIDs].

from the storage side need to check if the LUNS have been assigned to the other server also in which you are niot able to see the LUNS , look from the command view EVA tool on the Storage Management server and also conform that zoning if done is proper on the SAN Switches.
Fiber cabling with the FC of the Problem server to thr SAN Switch is OK ,. What does the fcmustil on the FCs of the problem server say, are they online>
