LUN path switching after Disk lun (dev=0xbc102100) write caching has been enabled and IO wait.

Hi

We have bee repeatedly getting message of LUN path switching. 

The message begins with disk caching enable then  IO wait indefinitely to some PV link failure and then LUN path switching.

Looks like this gets fixed also as in the ioscan output we dont get any no_hw path.

The storage team say every thing is fine from their side.

We are not getting similar error on the failover node.

please advise.
