I've a problem during startup of my machine. I get many error from vxvm: vxvmconfigd like "ERORR: enable failed: volboot file not loades transaction are disabled" and "FATAL ERROR: Rootdg cannot be imported during boot" and "Vold is not enabled for transaction No volumes started"...
I don't use veritas product but only HP LVM command.
Could I remove these messages removing Base-VXVM B.03.20.1 ?
Thank you

Re: LVM and VxVM problem
Please refer to Knowledge Base doc # KBRC00011068
To correct the error, do the following two items:
1) $ touch /etc/vx/reconfig.d/state.d/install-db
2) $ reboot -r now
Cheers,
