Mail filtering

I have sendmail v. 8.11.6
And my client are sending sapms, I can deny de access by ip, e-mail address or domain
but is there how to filter by attachements,

by example:
one of my clients sends a special file.
how can I filter just those e-mails from my client??

helpe me I don't whant to send spam any more!!!!

Yes - you can filter by attachment (or even content).
