mailx sends a text file as an attachment.

I have a b-class workstation. If I send a mail using mailx ????.????@alcoa
reverse is the case from my server. My servers send them to the body of my file not as attachment.

I want to use mailx, not any other command uucode etc. Please, do you know which file controls this attachments. I have checked sendmail.cf, and the pcap file. no difference

Check the LOCALE setting on your system.
