make_recovery error
Filesystem: No such file or directory
make_recovery(214): make_recovery(1M) encountered a fatal error.
make_recovery(216): Please fix the error and re-try.

make_recovery -A -v
make_recovery
same error message for above 3 commands.

make_recovery -ACiv -d /dev/rmt/0m (presume you have a tape device DDS or some tape device at 0m)

1.Check if you run the bdf command
and you get line like this:
/dev/root 155648 147851 7363 95% /
if you get this you nedd to edit the file
/etc/mnttab and change the line to:
/dev/vg00/lvol3
