make_tape_recovery
Ignite is installed under /opt/ignite but I do not find the utility there.

Use swlist -l product |grep -i ignite to see if it's really installed.
Check also if you use a recent version, and if not download the newest from here:
http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/

You can do 'whereis make_tape_recovery' to find it.
If you don't have this command, then your version of Ignite is ancient. Download current software, including man pages, from here:
http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/index.html
