Managing HP-UX Centrally
I am having 20 HP-UX server running, I want
to know the best and most effiecient way to
manage them centrally and dont want to buy
any commercial software for the same.

Exactly what "managing 20 srvrs" mean?
For user mngmt & n/w services you can use NIS with automounting.
For logs, you can direct all the machines to log in to one of the server (syslog)
you can configure sendmail and write some scripts for performance tuning and monitoring.

There are a number of script techniques that can be used to assist you. You could of course search the forums for the sysadmin favourite script threads for help, as these provide a gold mine.
