Max lvol size on HPUX 11.23

Does anyone know the maximum lvol size on hpux 11.23? I'm getting an error at 1tb, can I increase it further with a patch of kernel parm?

Hi Michelle:

The man pages for 'lvcreate' would tell you that the implementation limit is 16,777,216 MB, or 65,535 logical extents where the maximum extent size is 256 MB as defined by the volume group during its creation.
