Max number of Luns per HBA

Hello,
I want to know how many Luns can one HBA see.

I have browsed the manual <>. From this manual, I got this idea, not sure if this is correct:

Hardware path has 3 parts: [FC-HBA]-.[Domain].[Area].[Port]-.[Bus].[Target].[Lun] , this add to 14+24=38 bits addressable lun per HBA

so I guess 2^38 is the maximum number of Luns per HBA. Is it right?
