Max Telnet Sessions parameter in 11.x kernel
In the 11.x kernel, telnetd looks to ntrstl(?) parameter to determine max allowed connections.
What controls this in the 10.x environment?

Prior to 10.30 telnet used a normal pty, so the limit
on maximum connections was npty, minus however
many other uses there were of normal ptys.
(At 10.20 rlogin was using stream ptys, limited by
nstrpty.)
