May add 2 new lan in mc Serviceguard 11.15 with a cluster up?

Hi guys,

i have :

hpux 11.11

ServiceGuard 11.15

Can i add 2 lan  with cluster up and running without stop a service?

I want add lan2 with ip configured and lan8 (standby). This lan are already configured on the system.

Can i add this lan to serviceguard in the cluster (no in the package) with cluster up?

I don't think so (A.11.15 has been obsolete for a few years), but you can always try it - it won't hurt the cluster if cmcheckconf warns that the cluster must be down.

If you aren't certain how to add the lines to your cluster ASCII file, build a new one using cmquerycl -C newASCII -n nodeA -n nodeB. Then copy the node sections to the original cluster ASCII config file and try cmcheckconf on it.
