MC Service Guard and ATM usage
We have a cluster with MC SG running and want to use the heart beat over ehternet and ATM connections. Can we use ATM for this purpose ?

ATM cannot be used for SG heartbeat. Only network protocols that support DLPI can be used with SG as heartbeat lans and for local lan failover (e.g. Ethernet, FDDI, ...).
Still ATM can be used with SG and can be made highly available with EMS HA ATM. Refer to the ATM manual:
