Re: MCSG
ERROR: A later revision (one with a higher revision number) of
fileset "EMS-Core.EMS-CORE,r=A.03.00" has already been
installed.
Either remove this fileset or change the "allow_downdate"
option to "true".
* Reading source for file information.
The corequisite
"EMS-Core.EMS-CORE,r=A.03.00,a=HP-UX_B.11.00_32/64,v=HP" for
fileset "ATS-CORE.ATS-MAN,r=A.11.08" cannot be successfully
resolved.
should i proceed installation with allow_downdate..
Thanks,

Re: MCSG
Two things to try:
1) You can enter the 'options menu' in swinstall and deselect the option 'Enforce dependency analysis errors in agent'. This will cause swinstall to ignore the error regarding patch levels and install all of the filesets except the outdated filesets.
2) Remove the patch fileset, in which you get the error using swremove before installing the HA Monitors product. Or, you can set the swinstall option 'allow downdate' to 'true'. But in this case make sure that you have install/re-install all MC/SG patches.

Re: MCSG
The solution is there in the attachement posted by patrick. Remove the EMS software installed and then install the SG. And then reinstall the EMS. Or at the swinstall screen go to options --> make sure the downgrade software option is selected. Then run the analysis once again. allow the version to downgrade
hope this helps.

P.S.: how come you are installing SG from an older release of application CD than the OS. You should be installaing the letest version of SG i.e. 11.13 i believe.
