Memory Window problem
Hello,
I am working with Citistreet on a UNIX conversion. We are running on an HP box using memory windows. We are using UDB as our database at it is started in the memory window. We are calling Microfocus Cobol programs from Perl scripts which work fine if we bring UDB up outside the memory window. Our /etc/service.window is set to
pltfrm1 126
When I execute
setmemwindow -i 126 /TBO/BIN/BO120LFF.pl
I get a SHM OPEN FAIL message.
I have tried everything I can think of. Has anyone seen this before? I really appreciate any help. If I didn't explain well enough please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Roberto Milam
