memwin_stats Where to get?? pls help

I want to make sure our ORACLE instances are using seperate memory window. I assume using the "memwin_stats" I can find this out.
Please help me to get this utility.

Hi,

The memwin_stats tool is obsolete now, the new tool is shminfo, its available via ftp here:

ftp://contrib:9unsupp8@hprc.external.hp.com/sysadmin/programs/shminfo

use the -h flag to see all options, including the memory window display.
