message in syslog

I am getting message in syslog
telnetd[23572]: getpid : peer died: No such file or directory.

I have been got a this message a bit long time ago.

I know some patches for this problem about TELNET,ARPA Stream,but I forgot those patches correct name.

Search,Look at a description of those patches and install it,may solve the problem easier.
