Methods and Views on Patching

Hi

1. If needed, especially for security reasons or new Oracle versions.

2. One custom bundle, which has to work on each server

3. no

4. We install it from one softwaredepot with swinstall

5. we trust HP for security reasons and Oracle for necessary Patches, we do not know each Patch exactly

6. no pro active patching

7. we install the patches in the order development, testing systems, productiv systems. Ee have a delay of approximately 4 weeks between each step.
