Migrating applications on HPUX

Hi,

We are migrating an application running SSL from one server to other.

There are 2 scenario:-
1) We may change only port on the target server and keep IP same as source server.

2) We may change IP of the target server and keeping IP of source server intact.

Do we need to create and install new certificates or copying old ones to the target server would work ?

is it iplanet webserver or apache?
howerver you don't need new cert. copying file is okay as long as domain name intact. ssl cert is not look for ip or port. its based on name
