Migration from 10.20 to 11

We are in a lull between projects and I need to upgrade to v11. I have installed lots of the Gnu development tools and other utilities. What am I in for and what will break when I upgrade? I assume I will need to recompile everything after I upgrade.
My Plan is to force world harmony onto people.

Although most gnu binaries will work I would prefer to recompile them after you install v11. If you canot be bothered doing this just get the dynamically linked hpux11 binaries from

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/
Minimum effort maximum output!
