Hello, could someone please explain the following message:

It is saying that you lost your network connection on that lan card, and that it has been restored.

Mean the network connection thru path 0/8/1/0 was down (due to the network problem)

mean your network connection thru interface 10/8/1/0 is up at Jun 17:07:15.

By this message we can makeout that you have changed the Lan interface from 0/8/1/0 to 10/8/1/0.
