mirror issue

Hi All,

I have a peculiar proble in one of my system. Previously, one of the roort disk was replaced by another person. Afterward the status of the mirror is as showing in attached text file.

vgdisplay shows only two disks and lvmtab also shows only two disks. But lvdisplay out put as shown in attached text file. How I can get rid of this situation?

Something went wrong during the replacement (wrong steps, I guess).

IMHO a

# vgreduce -f vg00

will solve this. This will remove this "ghost" disk from vg00.

Ask the person for the steps taken!
