Hi,

I need to know if the mirror-ux software is installed?

is like that?
# swlist | grep -i mirror

and if is not installed where can i draw it?

This should give something like :
B2491BA B.11.00 MirrorDisk/UX
Along with all the other products.

Mirror Ux is a priced product.

I have the HP-UX 11.23 Intanium server, it's needed the mirror-ux too?

you can get it for this version as well (11.23) but you must have of course purchased a license for it. A different license is required, as you will have a different CD set and and of course different licensing codewords in which to release the software from the CD.

Hi,

If you are using HP UX 11i Enterprises or mission critical environment then you need not to install Mirror Disk UX product. You can know about what environment running using swlist.

If mirror-ux was loaded on your system as part of a bundle, the command:

# swlist

You won't be able to tell that Mirror-UX is loaded. The best way to check if it is loaded on the system is to run:

# swlist -l fileset | grep -i mirror
