I would like to seek you help how can I mirror ang LVM disk to a rootdg Veritas..
I would like to mirror my disk which has LVM status into veritas
DEVICE DISK GROUP STATUS
c0t6d0 rootdisk01 rootdg online

When I tried to initialize it it prevents me so by saying go to vxvmconvert utility but I was having problem with it as well...
The following disk is in use as an LVM disk. If you want this disk under
VERITAS Volume Manager control then you must use the vxvmconvert utility
to convert the disk to VxVM. Output format: [Device_Name]
c2t6d0
output from utility...[,all,list,listvg,q,?] listvg
LVM VOLUME GROUP INFORMATION
Name Type Physical Volumes
Select Volume Groups to analyze :
[,all,list,listvg,q,?] list

Solution
Hi:
You cannot directly convert a LVM boot disk (vg00) to a VxVM one using the 'vxvmconvert' tool. This is discussed in chapter-2 of the Veritas Volume Manager 4.1 Migration Guide:
http://www.docs.hp.com/en/5991-1841/5991-1841.pdf
It is noted, however, that the 'vxcp_lvmroot' (1M) command will allow the creation of a VxVM root disk from the contents an existing LVM root disk, using a
spare physical disk. This is discussed in chapter-2 of the VERITAS Volume Manager Administrator's Guide:
http://www.docs.hp.com/en/5991-1838/5991-1838.pdf
Regards!
