missing library continue

/usr/lib/pa20_64/libdl.1 is a PA 64 BIT
library, but i have HPUX 11.0 32 BIT installed.
in my situation, can i get this functionality at all????

As the man page says '64-bit applications only'

Look at the shl_load() routines and friends.
