mmap() failed - TEXT

Hi

When trying to start SAM I get the following
error message

/usr/lib/dld.sl: mmap() - TEXT ...
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Not enough space

It is not just when I try to start SAM I get this message. For example when I start Netscape
or export data (Oracle) I get the same error message.

The only difference is the text after TEXT.

Appriciate any help on this.

You might be running low on disk space. Run a bdf to see how your logical volumes are looking. This might be the answer. Hope this helps.

Re: mmap() failed - TEXT

This could be asking for more swap space to be able to run...you might want to check on that (swapinfo -tm).

Take a look at this thread...it pointed out some other possible causes and suggestions that may help you..
