Modem for call back to caller

I have a modem MultiTech Model MT2834ZDX connect to HP9000/K260 on the port ttyd0p7. I'd like to have the call back to caller option.
1) What kind of modem for this option?
2) How to define the list of phone back number on the HP or on the modem?
