Monitoring Lan thru EMS

Hi,

One customer has 2 x nodes cluster running HP-UX 11i-v1(Dec 2003), ServiceGurad A.11.15 and
Event Monitoring Service A.04.20.11.
Problem : when trying to add a monitoring request on LANs ,
i got "Resource /net/interfaces/lan/status is not available" on both servers.

Please can someone help me.
