Monitoring Port Activity

Does anyone know of a network port activity tool for Unix systems? We are trying to see what processes are utilizing a particular port and whether or not another process is also using that port.

Re: Monitoring Port Activity

I've run into a problem trying to get the utility. Is this a freebie that I can download or do I have to jump through a couple hoops to get to it?
