Hi
How can I add another address to at interface on HP-UX 10.20?
On 11.00 it's possible through SAM but not on 10.20.

on 11.x, ifconfig has been designed to use and add multpile ip addresses.
On 10.20, you can obtain the latest ifalis patch and install this.
it supplies the man page and all you need to do this.

Solution
If you install the patch PHNE_12492 on your system, it adds a command called ifalias which allows you to bind multiple IP addresses to the same lan card. Hope this helps.
