Motif Dev Kit (attn: Stefan Farrelly)

I was informed by someone in the HP response center, that it is possible to download the Motif Dev Kit for free. I need to install this on a test box and do not have the finding to purchase it.
He said that you have given out an ftp address for this before.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if this is still available.
