But when I do a 'find' for 'Mrm' file, I find nothing.
I also observe that the following directories are not created.
1. There is no "Mrm" directory under /usr/include & /usr/include/Motif1.2
2. No "Xm" directory under /usr/include/Motif1.2
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution/usr/include/Motif1.2/Xm directory. The Motif Developer Libraries are
part of the 'X11MotifDevKit.MOTIF12-PRG' Motif Developers tool kit.
The Motif Development Kit is a sub-product of the 'HPUX Developers
Tool Kit', which again is part of the ANSI C bundle, and password
protected. You must have a license for the ANSI C compiler before you
can install the HPUX Developers Toolkit.
Product order information:
S800 -> B3900AA C/ANSI C Bndl
S700 -> B3393AA HP-UX Dev Tool KIt
B3898AA C/ANSI C Dev Tool Kit

Re: Motif Libraries missing during install
Not true. The Motif source stuff is now available free from HP on the Opensource CD which will be available on the net shortly.
it consists of the X11MotifDevKit product and the LANG-STARTUP and DEBUG-PRG filesets.
For now you can only download from HP internally. I can download this for you if needed.
Cheers,
Stefan

Re: Motif Libraries missing during install
HP-UX 11.0 no longer supports development for Motif 1.2 or X11R5. The only supported development environment on HP-UX 11.0 (and beyond) is Motif 2.1 using X11R6. If you have installed the ANSI C Developers' Bundle, you should have also installed the X11MotifDevKit product (which is included with the ANSI C Developers Bundle). If you have this product installed, you should then see the Motif headers under /usr/include/Motif2.1/Xm.
I hope this helps.

Re: Motif Libraries missing during install
The ANSI stuff you need is too large to attach on the ITRC.
Anyway, as stated, are you after Motif 1.2 or 2.1 ? your ANSI compiler comes with 2.1, not 1.2. So are you after the old Motif 1.2 libraries or can you use the 2.1 versions ?

Re: Motif Libraries missing during install
According to the swlist output you attached earlier you should already have the Motif 2.1 stuff installed. If you do the command;
swlist -l fileset B3899BA | grep -i motif
It should come back with;
B3899BA.X11MotifDevKit (and some other subsets).
If not then your install was wrong, do you have the source CD or in a depot so you can check that or reinstall from it ?
If not email me at work and I can email you back the missing Motif stuff tomorrow (stefan_farrelly@ipcmedia.com).
Cheers,
Stefan
