We having a hp-ux server of version 11.23 , need your help for following querry-
(1) whenever i am putting cmd-

IT showing a ioerror=mwdisable for most of file system, what it mean ...it it ok or something wrong going with server.
(2)But # bdf showing all logical volume without error, i have attached doc having o/p of
/etc/fstab and mount -a
(3) please suggest on this

Solution
everything is fine.... 5 seconds with google shows:
"with ioerror=mwdisable, (the new default option_ the filesystem is disabled upon encountering file metadata write errors....with this option the file system is halted (disabled) rather than having inodes be marked bad, and chances of recovery are higher
See also "man 1m mount_vxfs" for more information."
check your veritas docs as well
