Mount SIP conf directory remotely into different unix machine

Hello,
I want to mount the SIP configuration directory from hp-ux machine into another hp-ux machine, this is for SIP-to-Dashboard migration. I think I need to mount NFS file system.
Any one has done this before, I need the procedure.
