Moving patches from one server to another

I have 4 different servers in my env. I would like to download a set of 6 patches to keep current on the sercuity_patch_check. I have downloaded all of them to my test server but want to know how to swcopy or swinstall them to a different server. I believe there is a way to do this but i can't get it to work. swcopy would be fine from one depot to another but am getting swacl errors.

can someone tell me how to swcopy or swinstall from a master server so i only have to download the patches to one server?
