Multiple IP on two NIC

Hi all,

Got the problem resoved.

Pardon me for my ignorance. HP was down the other day for some maintenance and I ask them about the problem I'm facing.

I was told that the card that I thought was lan2 is actually a console card.
Wonder why HP design it to be similar to a NIC.

Reason for my confusion is that, when I did a lanscan, I see lan0 and lan2, which make me think the console card is a NIC.

I had failed to notice that there is actually a Gigabit lan card attached!!!

I managed to "steal" two cards from somewhere for replacement.
