Multiple Time Zone

Hi,

I want to set up user accounts with multiple time zone. In this regards I want to have information about time zones .

Can any one help me providing the name of the file that has the information about parameters for multiple zones.

I have TZ set to EDT now, What would be the setting for TZ if I have to set it for India.
