The sales rep has no idea. The ITRC person who picked up my ticket sent me to a web site I'd combed through several times. I must be missing something, but I am probably too frustrated to read properly now.
If you've ordered and installed Server Express, could you enlighten me? Do I need to order the software separately, on top of the expensive licenses? If so, can you give me the product number? If it's on an HP-UX Applications cd, could you tell me the product number and some idea of what cd releases might have it? Do I then need codewords?
Thanks very much. We're running 11.0 on N-4000's (RP7400).

SolutionWhen you ordered the product you should have ordered the physical media to go along with it. The HP sales rep may not have realized that unlike all the other compiler products, this particular HP compiler product comes on it's own installation cds and does not come on the app cds.
Actually though, the version of the software you would get on the current cds is 2.2. It does contain, however the older 2.0.11.SP1 version of the product, which is the release after 2.0.11.
If you cannot wait for the installation cds to arrive and/or you specifically need the 2.0.11 "base" version, please open a call to the Response Center and I may be able to get the bits you want to you.
Thanks,
Susan Gregory

Re: Must install Micro Focus Server Express 2.0.11
Again, thanks. This has been one confusing purchase, but now I know what to do.
