hi ,
Is secure path and auto pathing are one and the same? from which version of hpux these softwares are default.how should i find out if a system has securepath or auto path and how to configure...once the luns are presented...

SecurePath is for active/passive arrays , HP virtual disk arrays (EVA) systems , and needs to be install separately , It uses the spmgr utility for configuration/management,

Autopath is for active / active arrays and used for HP VA arrays, and uses autopath command. To access autopath the software needs to be install, the depot named like: autopath_HPUX_11.00.depot or autopath_HPUX_11.11.depot
